Please note that exchange, return, and/or refund requests are NOT applicable or accepted once a purchase is completed, due to the fact each design is handmade and fully tailored according to the customer’s personalized measurement guide. Exceptions may apply only in cases of defective or damaged products, subject to our review.

11. Shipping, Taxes, and Duties
We provide complimentary worldwide shipping via Aramex. Delivery time is estimated at 4–7 working days after design completion. However, customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes upon arrival at the destination country. These charges are outside our control and must be paid directly to the local Customs authority or delivery provider.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rays Needle LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
