Please note that exchange, return, and refund requests are not applicable or accepted once a purchase is completed.
Each creation is handmade and exclusively tailored according to the client’s personalized measurement guide, making every piece unique and non-returnable.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is estimated within 4–7 working days after the completion of your personalized design, subject to the terms and conditions determined by Aramex.
This policy applies exclusively to online orders.

Worldwide shipping is complimentary and fully covered by RAY’s NEEDLE LLC. However, depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage or handling fees, and other duties. These additional charges are beyond our control and must be settled directly with your local Customs authority or delivery provider before receiving your order.

Carrier

All international orders are shipped through Aramex, ensuring secure and reliable delivery to our clients worldwide.

Taxes and Duties

While RAY’s NEEDLE LLC provides complimentary global shipping, clients remain responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country’s Customs office.
We kindly advise checking with your local Customs authority regarding potential charges prior to placing an order.
